A feature that would be nice would be to have the ability to store credentials (user/passwords) within the application in some sort of vault/safe and then reference those credentials when defining server registrations. In my particular case, my own domain credentials are used to access many different database connections. Every few months when my password changes, I then have to update all of my server registrations. If this was centrally managed, then I could update it once.
