Update the MariaDB driver from 2.4.1 to 2.4.4

1) Copy the mariadb.jar to the build-lib directory(...\ADS\dist\apps\common\build-lib) from the Google drive.

2) Copy the mariadb.jar to the lib directory(...\ADS\dist\apps\common\lib\drivers) from the Google drive.

3) Test compile, unit test and resolve issues.

4) Check the driver into svn. Make sure the commit message contains the following:

5) Do a end to end test of all ADS MaraiaDB

MariaDB driver updated from 2.4.1 to 2.4.4

Done end to end testing on mariaDB databases with backward compatibility on previous versions.

QE verified, MariaDB driver is updated from 2.4.1 to 2.4.4.please find attached screenshot :mariadb.PNG

Build tested: Aqua Data Studio 20.6.0-rc-2

Platform tested : Window-10 ,Mac OS catalina,Ubuntu 18.0.4

Database tested : MariaDB 172.24.1.8 v10.2
