1) In the attached "dashboard" screenshot, change everywhere the word "dashboard" to "workspace"
2) Change the logic as follows:
--a) If no aquascripts are associated w/ this project, inform the user of this & provide a link to upload project (Settings | Import Project Package) and a link to AquaScripts tab (for the user to create or import an aquascript). These links should only be displayed if the user has the necessary permissions.
--b) continue to display the "change workspace" link as is already done today if no aquascript associated w/ workspace.

1) Change AquaScript msg should only be displayed if there are no aquascripts created / uploaded into this project. http://ads.aquafold.com:8082/app/home/project/dbexporter testsp3/sales4 shows this message even though this project contains aquascripts
2) After clicking on the Change AquaScript or Import Project links, the "back to..." buttons doesn't take one back to the calling screen. the URL needs to be changed to "history"
