Enhance the Data Dictionary of the ER Modeler to include view as a single page/document

 

How do I create a Data Dictionary from an ER Diagram?  I see that the desired information is available in the HTML Report for each individual table, but I would like to have all tables listed in a single page/document.

 

I would like my “Data Dictionary” to look something like this...

 

Table 1 | Table Comments

 

Column A | Data Type | Column Comments

Column B | Data Type | Column Comments

 

Table 2 | Table Comments

Column D | Data Type | Column Comments
