We follow a generalized design in Aqua Data Studio and we need to fit the Create Index visual editor so that it follows most of the other relational databases. There are a few relational databases which support creating indexes in a different schema from the table. So there is a need to keep the drop down for the schema for an index as well in the screen.

We do not perform validations, we just give the user flexibility in choosing the schema and creating the database objects
