Connect Ms Sql server-2014

Select database tree node and right click on database node->select create database option ->create database window opens

Here, you will observe that, Preview SQL tab Icon is missing in create database window.

Preview SQL tab Icon is missing in Create User and Alter User window also,Please handle it.

made changes to commonschematab to insure that the sql preview icon is loaded when its suppose to be.
