I believe the landing page link became incorrect because we changed the server registration server type from "Excel" to "MS Excel"

using MongoDB as a guide for when we don't have a JDBC driver landing page, the General page link should point here:

https://www.aquaclusters.com/app/home/project/public/aquadatastudio/wikibook/Documentation15/page/226/JDBC-Driver-Configuration

and the other tabs for MS Excel should have this as their base link before the anchors
