Currently it seems that any change in a Server's Registration causes a disconnect of any current connection (with the confirmation message of course).

In fact, clicking the Save button when no change has been made wants to disconnect the current connection :(

It would seem that some changes to a Server's Registration should not require a disconnect of any existing connections (such as change the Tab Title format).

In addition, it should be possible to make a change (say maybe to a host or port) and save the Registration without a disconnect with the caveat that the change obviously doesn't effect any existing live connections. This would be certainly true of things like host & port but may also include things such as a tab color change wouldn't effect any existing tabs.
