Currently, the total records received value displayed in the Grid Results toolbar does not get comma separated if the value surpasses 1000.
Allow displaying this value as comma separated as an option in File > Options > Results

- Added a new Results option to indicate whether to use the thousands separator for the record count in Grid, Text, and Pivot Grid results in Query Analyzer.
File > Options > Results : General section - Use thousands separator for record count
- The thousands separator is localized. It is either comma or period depending on the locale.
Verified in Aqua Data Studio 16.0.0-dev-88 .
Comma separation is used when records are more than 1000.
