1. Execute script in attached .sql file through query analyzer

2. In Schema browser, go to "tables" node and Expand "blurbs1" table -> Columns details of table "blurbs" is displayed correctly in schema browser.

3. Select "blurbs1" table and right-click and select option "Table properties"

Actual Result: In Table properties window, column details are not displayed of EXISTING/PROXY table.

Expected Result : In Table properties, window column details should be displayed of EXISTING/PROXY table as we do in schema browser.

Note: Issue is reproducible since v14,v15,v16 and v17 builds.
