I often use the email capability when running a query and wishing to export the results of that query to an excel file and email it.  The email functionality, in my opinion, could be improved.  For starters, any email recipients from a past distribution should be available in the To, CC and BCC send to address boxes.  Instead of these being text boxes they should be combo boxes that allow for typing as well as selection of a previously used email address.  In addition, I should be able to name the file and not be restricted to the default name ADS applies.  Often times when you email someone an attachment they go looking for that attachment later.  Being unable to rename the file makes it nearly impossible to find it later.  Perhaps you need to insert a save step before the email where the file name can be changed.  I would also like it to default to the last configuration used at least in the From and BCC boxes.  But that is less important.  I would like to see the BCC filled in with the From address by default helping to ensure emails get delivered.
