We want the "Copy As" dialog in the Grid Results to be able to generate the results of :

We want to be able to specify a different Separator and Enclosure characters for the header row.

To do this, we can add the "Header Separator", "Leading Header Enclosure", and "Trailing Header Enclosure" options.  This would be added to the CopyAsDialog.java
