The original split pane divider logic seems to exhibit strange behavior:

- open a query window; move the divider all the way down

- invoke ’clone window’

- go back to the original window

==> the divider has moved

Here is another scenario:

- open a query window (A)

- clone A to get B, notice the divider location in B is higher than in A

- clone B to get C, notice the divider location is again higher than in B

etc.
