The line wrap option for the editors needs to be persisted per editor.  This should work similar to the View Text Dialog.

If I open a Text Editor and enable the line wrap, then open a new Text Editor, the new Text Editor should have the line wrap enabled.  But if I open a new Java Editor then line wrap should be disabled ... unless the Java Editor line wrap was previously enabled in a Java Editor.
