If sqlbuffer is executed without an option we should default it to -p for printing
Made change and updated man page; did not remove -p option, though.
Verified using ADStudio 12 Beta 32, sqlbuffer now defaults to printing the content of the buffer, as -p param does; also the man was updated, however there is one typo for the added line, the dot ending the phrase is missing.

In the changelog from beta 32 to 35, this typo fix is also mentioned, however when testing it with beta 35, the typo still appears. Maybe it's only a changelog mistake, so will test again with the next build.
