Default gets displayed in the series and category axis for langugages other than English

To reproduce

1. Open ADS. Go to File-->Options-->General-->Appearance and Change the interface language of ADS to Spanish or Hindhi

2. Restart ADS

3. Open a Query Window and execute the below query against Northwind Database

select top 15 * from orders
GO

3. Generate a column chart

4. Take Chart Options and hit OK

Default gets printed on the X and Y axis as in the attached screenshot

5. If you take Chart-->Options and click on the icon Reset Options to System Defaults - defaults gets displayed in the chart
