Full menu is missing from Query Window --> when you perform a Script Full to New Window from Pivot Grid Tab

To reproduce:

1. Open a query window and execute a query. For e.g

Select top 5 * from orders

2. Go to the Pivot Grid, Enable Charts and create a pivot chart

3. Right click on cell, select Script to New Window and Script

4. In the new query window we just created, right click and the Full Menu is missing
