\more displaying --More--(100%) on files pagination

Component App - FluidShell - Command
Version 12.0

The \more command displays --More--(100%) on certain files; it's easier to reproduce on larger files where, when \more displays the last lines of the file, --More--(100%) it's printed.
--More--(100%) should never be printed as it indicates that the entire file was read, thus there the command should exit.
The same behavior is seen in Bash, i.e., --More--(100%) is never printed.

This problem also occurs on the \more-like pagination from the \help command (to reproduce use a smaller size for the FS tab and for instance type \help excel2csv, then use the Enter key to navigate till the end of the manual).
