when Fit-to-Image is enabled, box it like a query analyzer button and give it a blue background ( lock it in its mouse hover state )

This is based on a conversation Sachin and I had.

If I click "Fit to Image", box it with a blue outline and give its background a light blue color just like a query analyzer button for "Auto on All Schemas".

Lock it in the hover state it has when I hold the mouse over it.
