1. Select an DB that contains a table with an IDENTITY type column, and has at least one row of data.
2. Right click on the DB and select Tools/Schema Script Generator
3. Check the "Tables" checkbox on the LHS panel
4. On the RHS, select a table that contains an IDENTITY type column, and has at least one row of data
5. Click Next
6. Check the "Include INSERT statements for data of Tables" checkbox
7. Click Next
8. Click Close

Note that the generated script file contains insert statements that include the IDENTITY column. The user will have to manually remove this column name and value from the INSERT statement in order for the statement to execute correctly.
