Browse Repository - Right click should select but not change the tree selection. This enables user to see options without actually selecting the node.
I have made right click on a non-selected node will show node as having "focus".
Note that this requirement diverges from the way other "trees" behave in ADS. For example, in the same browse repository dialog, right clicking on a non-selected row in the history table behaves differently.
Verified using ADStudio 14 Dev 19, the contextual menu for the node that was right-clicked pops-up without changing the current node selection, this applies only inside the Commits panel (top-left) from the Git Repository window.
