if you click on next to see the 11th user you see a blank user as attached in pic

You need to take into consideration the count of users that are NOT ACTIVE.
In the admin user search you get this correctly but when I am logged in as a user, the count displays ignoring the users who are not active
for e.g When logged in as user and if you serach for te
Displaying 1-20 of 20 but the number of users displayed is only 17 since 3 users are not active
Not resolved in build 15861. If this has been checked in after current build, mark it as resolved and I will test again. With current build inactive users doesnt appear in search
