http://10.168.2.13:8082/app/home/project/v14chart/query
if I use a MS SQL Database (Azure) connection to Query, ADServer seems to hang ( page attempts to load for a long time).
After 20 or 30 seconds the following appears
Could not establish connection to the database using connection properties provided. Message: I/O Error: Connection reset
I didn't see anything in the logs ( just using the logs on the http://10.168.2.13:8082/app/admin/status page )

Hi Jonathan,
I am not able to reproduce the error on my environment. Can you please attach a wireshark capture of the network packets? Is ADS on the same computer able to connect to Azure?
attached wireshark capture... when I saved wireshark didn't automatically add a file extension... so when I uploaded without file extension it appeared as a 0 byte attachment.
I put my own file extension on it .libpcap... rename the extension to whatever wireshark file format works for you.

ADStudio can connect to Azure from the same box that ADServer is installed on.

Based on the network capture, it is Azure that closes the connection, but not sure for what reason.
Can you please go to this page: https://manage.windowsazure.com/?whr=live.com#Workspaces/SqlAzureExtension/SqlServer/tzz7eno96w/Configure

Make sure that the IP addr in "Current Client IP Address" is an allowed IP address (ie matching one of the entries in the list below it) ? If not, please click the "Add to the allowed IP addresses" button to allow access from your IP addr.

All of the machines in the office use the same WAN IP, so nothing needs to be changed for "Current Client IP Address".
I am able to successfully connect via Aqua Data Studio v14 from the same machine that I have Aqua Data Server v14 installed on.
