Made change so that if
File -> Options -> Results -> 'Maximum string length saved for Excel worksheet'
is set to a non-positive integer, then maximum string length is not enforced. This change is applied to all of Excel related operations; for examples, Grid/'Pivot Grid' -> 'View as Spreadsheet'/'Email Excel Attachment'.
