1. execute a parameterized script that contains multiple parameters
2. when the parameter dialog opens, before doing anything else, press tab to navigate the cells. You will notice it cycling through the cells, so Tab is apparently a way to move from cell to cell.
3. press tab until you land on a Value cell, then begin typing.
4. after you've typed some text, press tab once more
a. focus doesn't get moved on to the next cell (which is the behavior you would expect given that in step #2 you were navigating cells via tab).
b. if you mouse click on another cell, you can now use tab to navigate.
Allow tab to be used to navigate out of a cell you just edited, so it functions like a cell in Excel.
