to replicate use 10.168.2.111 laptop and the user aquadataserver for the windows login to run adstudio
1. register a new server and select MS SQL Server
2. choose Windows Single Signon for Authentication: login
servername localhost
port. 1433
3. you should see that "remember password" is checked, click save.
4. right click on the new connection you just made and view its server properties. The "remember password" is unchecked.
Sachin indicates that Windows Single Sign-On should always have its "remember password" checked.
FYI - Save/Remember Password is driven by different options under File > Options > General. So the fix is to tell ADStudio not to prompt password in case of Windows Single Sign-on.
