in at least v14.0.3-10 (probably earlier builds too) the support information dialog, even if it has been opened before, takes a long time. Longer than v13 takes.
see attached GIF Animation for timing.
In this case I'd opened the dialog once on this build already.
@kin-hong: Can you do some profiling to isolate where the slowdown is occurring?
I don't seem to be able to reproduce the slowdown. I tried the latest v14 on Windows 7, Windows XP, Linux and OSX Maverick, all generated system information within a second.
- Which OS does this problem occur (the GIF animation seems to suggest Windows XP)?
- Does it happen on other machines, on other platforms?
- If this problem only occurs in one machine, does it happen again after the machine is restarted?

I guess 10 seconds isn't a problem on XP and Win7 if it's happening only after app restart. Maybe Sachin can chime in on that.
That 15~20 second delay in the GIF Animation I used to get was bad, but it doesn't last that long any more.
