It's common on windows to enter server names (host) like

\\FILESERVER

Most of the dialogs in windows accept this formatting.

We don't in accept this formatting in server registrations. We should detect instances when users enter host name this way.

Enhanced the parsing to accept value of the format \\host\named_instance
Added validation for named instance to make sure that user enters value of the format host\named_instance
