Schema Script Generator & Generate Script from Model - save as UTF 8 - always save with BOM

Currently, the Schema Script Generator and Generate Script from ER Model do not save with BOM when saving as UTF8 (see attached)

The Query Analyzer and other Editors save with BOM when saving as UTF8.

As an improvement to Schema Script Generator and Generate Script from ER Model, we should save UTF8 with BOM.
