Provide the ability to merge the differences from one ER Diagram file to another ER Diagram file.

A customer may have multiple parallel dev regions. After changes are made to individual ER Diagrams in each region, they then want to include those changes in a main diagram.

Merge would allow editing ER Diagrams to incorporate changes without having to do so by touching the diagram entities.
