Version 14.0
ADS version : Version: 15.0.0-dev-37
Build #: 34859
Build Date: 2013-Nov-14 02:04:45 PM
Operating Environment: Windows 8
Database: SQL Server 2005

Connect to SQL Server and run the following Scripts.

CREATE RULE [dbo].[test_rule]
AS
@col>11
go
CREATE TABLE [dbo].[rule_table]  (
    [c1]    varchar(25) NULL,
    [c2]    int IDENTITY(100,1) not NULL
    )
GO
sp_bindrule @rulename=N'[dbo].[test_rule]', @objname=N'[dbo].[test_table].[c1]'
go

A Table will be created and rule will be associated to it.
Now go to table rule_table, right click script object to window as Create Full
Here you will observer that for create full rules will not be extracted.

If we add extended properties or other properties  to table and do Create full, all properties are extracted successfully.
