Easy navigation of functions inside Oracle Packages - update the Go To combobox based on cursor

If the "Go to:" combo box is updated based on the location on the cursor, the navigation inside functions would be little easy to the user. You can try the IntelliJ editor and when you move the cursor inside your code, the correct function gets highlighted.
