Netezza has added support for multiple schemas starting in version 7.0.3

initial work complete. This will need a lot of testing for all versions of netezza as the code affects them all. Also implemented the group/user nodes to database level as we added clustering connections to multiple database nodes. also had to add case sensitivity support that. I have done a good level of testing for versions of 7.0.0 through 7.0.4 but not 6. My testing was done with there new 7.0.4 jdbc driver
