Same issue also reproducible in New query builder.I have attached new query builder screenshot.
I reverted the source change for this issue, because :
We never generate quote identifiers for Sybase ASE because of Sybase's bad implementation on how they handle quote identifiers optionally with the "set_identifier" option, and the tables with max length name
