Issue:In Netezza wrong Default owner is being taken in Create User GUI

Steps to Reproduce:

1)Connect to netezza 7.0.3-> In security node right click on users folder and select create user option.

In create user dialog ,the first member of the users list is taken as a default owner.

But if we see the properties of created user it shows ADMIN as the owner of the created user.

Works fine in the latest version of 14.0.10-11 and 15.0.0-dev-212. Please add this to test case for Netezza
