Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect to Oracle 12c server,Go to schemas folder select any schema

2. Create Procedure with error

CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE C##TEST.PROC2

(par1 C##TEST.FACTS.PROD_ID%TYPE)

BEGIN

//insert into "C##TEST"."FACTS" values (par1,12345);

END;

3. Select and right click on above created view, Select Alter Procedure option

4. In Alter Procedure window click on 'Show Errors' button,Errors window get opened

5. In Errors window click on 'OK' button, 'NO SAVE' popup window get opened shows message 'No changes have been made'.

If we not able to make any changes in Errors window then why this message is displayed.

Expected is that when we click on 'OK' button in Errors window , Errors window should get closed.
