Issue:DB-Excel:Date&time format is not working properly in export tool.

Steps to reproduce Issue:

1)Download and open the attached xls file using MS Excel drivers.

2)Right click on table "test" and select export data option from tools menu .

3)In export data window go to option tab and set below options:

Destination:Preview Export

Format:Delimited data

Data&time format: any (say "yyyy.MM.dd G 'at' HH:mm:ss z")

4)Click on next button of options tab.

date& time format specified is not applied on data exported.

Date&time formats were not working because option "Display Worksheet Content as Shown" option of advanced tab was checked .
