	Steps to Reproduce :
	1. Connect to  DB2LUW10.5 database
	2. Expand DB2LUW10.5 server 
	3. Right click on DB2LUW sever. Go to DBA Tools and Click on "Security Manager" option
	4. In "Security Manager" window .In Tree tab Right click on "User" and Select option "Create User"
	5. It open "Create User" window , In General tab
	6. In Name field give name as "TEST" (give name in double quote identifier)
	7. Without checking any Authorities switch to "Database Access" tab
	8. In Database Access tab give permission to any one tablespace and click On Create button
	 
	Actual Result -   After creating user with name in double quote identifier it throws java.lang.NullPointerException

We know that there can be issues with ", ', [], ` been used in the object names but do not handle this because each database can have its own identifier that would need to be escaped. If you go to Options -> Scripting -> Visual Editing Quote Idenfier option can be turned off to allow you to type your object name as you like. If you want it to be "test" you would need to either place """test""" or "\"test\"" depending on the database. I would never recommend using special characters in object names as some databases can corrupt data doing this.
