Issue : Expand All/Collapse All option in Pivot Grid tab is not working

Steps to reproduce:

1] Open ADS window.

2] Go to Query menu on menubar

3] Select 'Show pivot grid' option

4] Connect to any database(Here connected to MySql database)

5] Execute select(*) command for any table

6] Go to Pivot Grid tab in result pane.

7] DnD any field from Field List to 'Drop Column Fields Here' option

8]DnD one more field from Field List to 'Drop Column Fields Here' option

8] DnD any field from Field List to 'Drop Row Fields Here' option

9] Right click on data cell

10] Select option 'Expand All'

Here it is observed that, Expand All option is not working

I see the same behavior in v14.

To expand a + I have to left click it. Using the right click context menu does not expand or contract items.

Yes we can do Expand/Collapse on Rows but How to do Expand/Collapse on Columns? In my screenshot(1.png) I have marked red for column.

Expand/Collapse All now works on both the row and column headers. SVN #39897
