Verified in ADS v15.0.3. Autocompletion is now working correctly for Amazon Redshift. This issue was raised in Dev-96 and it was marked as unreproducible when typing SELECT * from ^ was not bringing up autocompletion. The condition with dot to bring up autocompletion was actually missed.
