This was encountered in v14.0 (I see it in v14.0.15) and is reproducible in v15.0.3-6

I have my own edited keymapping called "jonkeys"

In it I manually removed the Ctrl + K as a keymap for Duplicate Line

I saved then reopened the keymap after restarting ADStudio.

I then edited Toggle Line Comment to Ctrl + K. I did not see a conflict for the keymap in the conflict pane of the edit shortcut dialog. I saved my keymap made it active and restarted ADStudio.

Upon relaunching ADStudio and editing text in the Query Analyzer, using Ctrl+K still duplicates line and does not toggle comment
