This relates to the dual entity on a single click bug, and occurs when dual entities can be created.

Follow the dual entity bug steps below, then right click after creating some dual entities.

1. Create a new sheet within a document.
2. Click Note Entity from within the Pallette.
3. Left click to create note (don't edit it in any way)
4. Click note entity icon again, with this icon as the cursor, slowly move the mouse to the tab for the sheet you are not viewing and click on its tab name.
5. in this sheet, click on the "view" or "table" entity and then use this icon-cursor to click on the newer sheet tab (sheet we just came from).
6. Click on the view entity and create a view with a left click.
7. This should create a view entity with a  note automatically created underneath it in a single click. (dual entities with every click).

Right clicking to make the popup appear generates entities underneath the popup menu. Normally, entities are only created with left click.
