Add support for proxy databases, similar to "linked server" concept in other dbs.

We do currently have limited support for proxy databases. They will show up as a regular database and the user will be able to work with the objects and there database. The scripting of the objects is treated as proxy objects but the database scripting is scripted as a normal database. If we want more support for proxy database we can file issues for specific feature requests and add them as requested.
