Currently the order of items in the Servers list is alphabetical, and there is no way to order manually.
If you group your servers into folders such as dev, UAT, Test, production the order of the folders ends up being ackward. Instead of dev, UAT, Test, production, it ends up dev, production, test, UAT.
It would also be nice because you can then move your most used servers to the top of the list.
@jason: As a workaround for your 2nd request, you can create a "New Server Group" and drag and drop your most used Servers to the folder and access them.
