Currently right click on items such as a Table name in the Servers tab show Table specific options, such as Edit Data, or the Database itself (Mysql) shows Create/Alter/Drop Database.

Yet clicking other items, such as the Tables folder itself, the Databases folder, a Registered Server, show items that likely shouldn't be shown, such as: 

• Register Server(only really makes sense clicking on a Server Group folder or the "Local Database Servers" icon
• Register SSH Server (same as above)
• Register Server Clone (only really makes sense clicking on a registered Server)
• Server Properties (same as above)
• Tools (same as above)
• DBA Tools (same as above)
• Scripting Options (accessing it via Preferences is cleaner)

The benefit of moving these items out to only where they make the most sense provides a much cleaner interface with the items most appropriate for what has been clicked on and hence makes it easier for the user to identify the action they are looking for.
