If attempting to import data into a newly created temp table in informix, there should be no ower assosiated to the table in the sql script generation as the temp will be owned by the current owner.
Will also back port this fix to version 15
Made modifications so that for informix during the import process if the user chooses to create a new temp table, there will be no schema assosiated to the table during the insert statement script generation.
