I tried to change the Date and Timestamp result formats for Redshift to "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss", but it remains formatted as the default "MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss a". I've tried to quit, reload the query, and reconnect the connection. Nothing seems to make a difference.
I am able to reproduce the issue and am looking into the source of the issue.
Redshift needed its properties constant defined for the query analyzer to pick up its format properties. Made changes to version 15 and 16.

Hi Brandon,
We have fixed the result format issue for Redshift Date/Timestamp datatypes. Please apply the below patch to your v15 installation and let us know if this works for you.
