session command is not showing name in QA Window
In 13068 we have improved session command to show title of Query Analyzer window. But this only shows name if the QA connection is attached to a FluidShell. For an ordinary FS connection, we should display the QA Window name.
Is this applicable only to a FS window where a connect -qa name command is executed ?

- When displaying the list of sessions, there is a new column named "QA Window" that shows the title of the Query Analyzer window.
From the screenshot, it looks like the "default" session is not attaching to a QA window session; that's why the QA window column is empty. This is the correct behavior. There is no bug.
