Step 1) Set File > Options >General >[Sybase quoted_identifier (Default)] as checked
Step 2) Launch Register Server and check the value for Sybase ASE > Advanced > [Set quoted_identifier], it is checked as expected
Step 3) Now set File > Options >General >[Sybase quoted_identifier (Default)] as unchecked
Step 4) Again launch Register Server and check the value for Sybase ASE > Advanced > [Set quoted_identifier], it is checked which is wrong.
This issue existed for changes to File > Options >General > [SQL Server quoted_identifier (Default)] as well.
