# Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Execute the script in attached .sql file

2. In Schema Browser, right click on created table

3. Select option Script object to Window as > Insert/Update

(can select any Script option> Window/New window/File)

Actual Result: Even though we have created a table with NOT NULL constraint, but in Insert/Update script NULL values are passed by default.

Issue is reproducible for only below listed datatypes:

- Binary

- Blob

- Longblob

- Mediumblob

- Tinyblob

- Varbinary

I have checked in ADS 19-beta-27. This issue is still reproducible. Please refer latest attached screenshot.

The issue is reproducible since v17.

Yes, same issue is reproducible for Oracle. Please refer below script to reproduce issue.

CREATE TABLE String_DT (

col_blob blob NOT NULL,

col_clob clob NOT NULL,

col_bfile bfile NOT NULL,

col_nclob nclob NOT NULL

)

Actual result: Execution of generated script causes an error "cannot insert NULL into".

ADS does not support INSERT statements using the datatypes you have specified. The NULL specified is the correct behaviour
